Who We Are?

My name is Mathew Rattray, I have been living in Oberon since 2010.

I have been working with computers since a young age. I would spend my teenage years pulling computers apart and rebuilding them and I would help friends and family with their computer needs. 

I began my IT career doing computer repairs at Spark Electrical in Oberon and did this for some time before getting offered the opportunity to manage a local school’s computer needs. I did this for three years and thoroughly enjoyed it.  After seeing a need for a computer repair service in Oberon and surrounding areas I decided it was time to go out on my own to help the community with their needs.

Helpful Computer Solutions prides itself on helping customers with getting their technology issues sorted.  We make it easier for the customer by offering a house call service, meaning you don’t need to worry about disconnecting and transporting your equipment. By providing personal support to the customer, we make sure that after we leave, you won’t have any problems using your devices.
